SPARTAN is intended to be a functional, yet minimalistic UI. Clear, clean, and concise. Perhaps with a little bit of obsessive compulsiveness on the side. For neat freaks. XD

SPARTAN is based primarily on inclusion of Ace2 AddOns (http://www.wowace.com/files). This allows for shared Ace2 libraries and externals access among Ace2 AddOns, rather than each AddOn containing multiple
copies (and potentially differing versions) of the same libraries or externals. Ace2 AddOns tend to provide a much smaller UI memory footprint overall, as well.

SPARTAN is a modular UI.
